Please wear comfortable sports wear, bring a water bottle (at the studio we love helping the environment, so a reuseable one is best) Sweat bands are really handy for the wrists or a small flannel is ideal. We also have small sweat towels available to use at the studio. Vibe Cycle we recommend wearing leggings that are fitted so there is no loose clothing near pedals. If you attend Vibe Cycle classes regularly we recommend MTB bike shoes with a SPD cleat. But don't worry if it's your first few times, trainers are ok!
